A configurable platform for trade and customs
Within the platform we delivered a global trading system for customs offices — it processes enterprise data for information exchange between lessees and suppliers, generates the documentation customs offices require, and integrates backend and frontend microservices with a major SAP cloud platform. In a domain where a missing document or a mismatched record can hold up an entire shipment, getting these integrations exactly right is the whole point.
A role that grew with the project
Our contribution matured from an architect and senior-developer role into technical leadership as the platform scaled, supported by Scrum Master and Product Owner duties and the mentoring of an international team — a natural progression as the client came to rely on us for more than implementation. The platform is built with Angular, C# and EF over MSSQL, on Azure (Dashboard, DevOps, CI/CD, App Service and Functions) with Windows Server and REST; the customs trading system uses Node.js, JavaScript and SAP UI5.
