Real-time measurement on the shop floor
The core software uses industrial cameras to measure tool wear and damage in real time — dimensions, angles and position — and turns that into statistics and process optimization, so problems are caught before they turn into scrapped parts or unplanned stoppages. We develop and implement both new and existing functions of this measurement software, analyze its performance, and added an onboarding tour to make the product easier to adopt for new users.
A mobile companion for force measurement
We also built, end to end, a companion app for a force-measurement device. It displays live values on a tablet or phone, manages a fleet of machines with a QR code per machine, and saves measured values automatically. It reminds users when a device is due for calibration, presents measurement history as a list or graph so trends and deviations are easy to spot, and generates a tamper-proof PDF measurement report; over Bluetooth, users monitor machine status and run calibration in real time. We owned the full lifecycle — architecture, data models, proof of concept and deployment — so the app fits the way technicians actually work rather than forcing them to adapt to the software.
Technology
The measurement software is built with C# .NET, WPF and SQL; the cross-platform mobile companion app (Android, iOS and Windows) uses C#, .NET MAUI, ReactiveUI, Realm DB and a BLE plugin for Bluetooth.
