Partnering for success
We collaborate with a leading provider of industrial 3D printing equipment, metal powders and polymers, technical support and financial services — a partner that also offers comprehensive consultation and training so customers get the most from their investment. Ten years of continuous collaboration is itself a measure of the trust behind this work, and it means our team knows the product and the machines it drives at a depth that only long partnerships allow.
Service and maintenance software for metal 3D printing machines
We develop a powerful software suite for both internal and client use. Built together with expert service and support teams, it simplifies every stage of the 3D printing process:
- Effortless startup: streamline the setup and configuration of 3D printers.
- Simplified maintenance: clear instructions and troubleshooting guides that simplify commissioning, maintenance and fault analysis.
- Faster problem-solving: identify and resolve issues rapidly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
This means a smoother workflow and less time lost to complexity — so engineers, developers and end customers can focus on what matters most: creating cost-effective, reliable metal parts through 3D printing.
A central hub for 3D printing operations
Our software acts as the central hub of the 3D printing ecosystem, integrating seamlessly with other tools and sensors, collecting vital process data and presenting it through user-friendly interfaces for:
- Workflow management: complete control over 3D printing jobs.
- Real-time monitoring: instant insight into the printing process and system status.
- Secure, robust operation: regular updates that add functionality and keep the operating environment secure and reliable.
How we engage
We deliver far more than code: development and maintenance of the SCADA application; manual and automated testing both in a virtual environment and on-site on real machines; writing test scenarios; and taking part in design sessions for new features, working directly as part of the client's team — including visualization of the data behind monitoring the machines that produce metal parts for Industry 4.0.
Technology
The platform is built in C++ and C#/WPF with the Qt framework, with test automation in Python, Ranorex, Playwright and RobotFramework, delivered through Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
