A modular suite for carriers
The platform is built specifically for carriers: clients license only the modules they need — booking, contracts, quotation, equipment and more — which streamlines their processes and improves communication between business disciplines and their agent networks, whether deployed on-premise or consumed as a hosted service. The booking module we helped build handles cargo reservations across many ports and voyages, serving both the company's own staff and its external agents, and it connects the sea leg to the rail and truck movements on either side so a shipment can be planned as a single journey rather than a series of disconnected steps.
What we delivered
Acting as a team extension embedded in the client's own organization, we developed and maintained backend services and frontend components, built transport-cost planning, and delivered a steady stream of new features alongside ongoing maintenance, testing and performance optimization — the unglamorous but essential work that keeps a platform of this size fast and dependable as it grows. The solution is built on .NET/ASP.NET with C# and Angular over MSSQL, using RabbitMQ and SignalR for messaging and real-time updates, SpecFlow for behaviour-driven testing, and Azure DevOps for delivery.
